Charoite

Charoite is a rare purple gemstone celebrated for its flowing, fibrous structure and dramatic natural patterning. Formed in layers of violet, lavender, and smoky lilac, it often carries streaks of white, black, or bronze that add depth and movement to the stone. Found only in the Chara River region of Siberia, charoite can appear in many forms—from soft, cloud-like swirls to bold, stormy fibers and high-contrast banding. Its beauty comes not from sparkle, but from motion and texture, making each cabochon unmistakably unique.
