Collection: Hypersthene

- natural, flatback cabochons

Hypersthene is an iron-rich pyroxene mineral known for its deep charcoal to black color and distinctive silvery or bronzy sheen (schiller) that flashes across the surface when polished. It has a hardness of about 5–6 on the Mohs scale and is commonly found in Canada, India, Greenland, and the United States. Often used in cabochons to showcase its metallic shimmer, hypersthene is believed to promote grounding, mental clarity, and inner strength while helping quiet an overactive mind.
