Azurite is a copper carbonate hydroxide and it is best known for its attribute which has deep blue to violet-blue color. The blue color in the stone is popularly known as "azure," which is like the deep blue evening skies mostly seen above winter and deserts landscapes. Azurite is not a widespread or plentiful mineral, but it is very beautiful and it's blue color attracts interest. It has been worn by many people in different parts of the world for thousands of years. Ancient people used this stone as an ore of copper, as a gemstone, as a pigment, and as an ornamental stone. Turquoise; this was widely found in East Asia, primarily in Tibet and India. This stone was used for its medicinal virtues, in jewelry for making pendants or necklaces, as well as in art. Meanwhile, in the United States, Native Americans believed in turquoise for its union of the sky and the sea, protecting & guiding warriors and hunters. Today, the turquoise stone is extensively used in jewelry for the making of necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and rings. Goldsmiths are very fond of this stone and thus it is very popular.

Turquoise Azurite can be used in many forms of spiritual healing and is predominantly helpful when contacting guardian angels and spirit guides in order to access their messages and wisdom.
