Sculpted Statements & Stones

This week was all about leather.

After many hours, I finally got my large sculpted leather flower bolo completed, with a beautiful, large, high-quality Sonora Sunrise stone as the centerpiece. I designed this piece for presence—when you walk in, all eyes will be on you. Hand cut, hand carved, hand sculpted, hand dyed, hand painted, hand tooled. Every part of it.

I chose black and gold to really accentuate the stone—classic and elegant without overpowering it. The stone is inset in hand-stitched veg tan leather, securing it while adding that rugged detail and edge.

These bolos are my new design. The leather attachment strap on the back has a snap, so it can be attached to a handbag handle, a hat band, a boot pull—anything, really. I also added a Chicago screw so it can attach to any size bolo cord, and be loosened or tightened to slide.

I also got a couple of unique leather tassels done—each handcrafted.... Yogi style!!!

And even though this weekend was mostly leather work (which I needed), I did get some new stones added. Some really unique beads—those Herkimer diamonds 🥵🥵, the whole lot for a great price. Restocked baby dragons that sold out before, gorgeous feather fluorite hearts, new bismuth, and fun little Sardonic stone sprites.
